You’ll be responsible for processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with orders, and ensuring every guest feels right at home. **Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff
- Handle all cash, card, and digital payments, ensuring accurate and secure transactions
- Carefully pack orders for takeout or dine-in to ensure food quality and presentation
- Recommend menu items and promote add-ons or specials to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter and dining area
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Stay up to date on current menu offerings, promotions, and special items
- Support team members with restocking, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or the food industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
