**You as a Construction Manager will**:

- Provide project management and construction methodologies to a project or portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
- Lead and support project planning start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution, close-out, and EHS.
- Managing subcontracts, as well as self-perform.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage and mentor a large team including the project management group.
- Lead multiple projects from estimate to close-out.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 10-15 years Supervisory or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years experience in highway realignment projects, and concrete bridge work is an asset.
- Previous experience dealing with contracts and MOTI (Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure) is an asset.
- Experience in light and heavy civil projects would be an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
- PMP designation would be considered an asset.
