**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Team Member to join our team. The current open position is for a part-time Facility Team Member who will work primarily on weekends, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week dependent on team member availability and facility bookings. Must have minimum availabiliy on Saturdays between 7am-2am and Sundays between 6am-11pm **Responsibilities** - Host the various community and ministry groups that utilize our facility - Provide exceptional service to facility guests - Ensure that the interior and exterior of the facility is consistently presented to a professional standard - Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. - Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. - Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to maintain facility appearance. - Perform routine outdoor tasks such as light shoveling, weeding, and lawn mowing - Conduct minor repairs and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. - Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly. - Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. **Experience + Requirements** - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. - Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, as well as late nights during large event bookings - Reliable transportation - Physically able to do stairs multiple times per shift, haul tables and chairs, bend and lift up to 100lbs **Compensation** - $16.80 per hour - Transportation credit towards taxi/uber transportation home following late night shifts ending after 10:45pm or outside of route availability on weekends is provided for transit bus users Join our team as a Facility Team Member and contribute to creating a clean and inviting environment for everyone **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $16.80 per hour Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Flexible language requirement: - French not required Application question(s): - Do you have reliable transportation to our location at 2050 Chevrier Blvd? - What is your regular weekly availability?
