**About Us**:
**Summary**:
**Detailed Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning all fixtures, desks, tables & surfaces (offices, boardrooms, and lunchrooms) for two locations: Clarence and Hoka
- Maintaining sanitation of the washrooms and lunchrooms
- Thorough cleaning and sanitization of the washrooms including mirrors, sinks, fixtures, walls, and handles
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all floors as needed
- Refill supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizers) in all bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances as well as restock and supply the janitor’s closet
- Advise purchasing team when we are getting low on supplies
- Removal of scuff marks on walls and floors
- Emptying and removal of all garbage, recycling, and debris. Load all waste into garbage receptacles outside
- Clear walkways of snow or debris when necessary
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience cleaning offices, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend over, crouch, and lift to 25 lbs
- Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills required
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently at a fast pace

**Working Conditions**:

- Office, warehouse, and manufacturing environment
- Occasional outdoor tasks
- Two locations to be cared for

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
- janitorial: 2 years (preferred)
