Oldcastle APG Canada West is excited to announce that we are rapidly expanding and actively searching for a Front-End Loader Operator to join our highly motivated team. If you are enthusiastic about individual and organizational growth and development and believe you can contribute to our growing success, then this might be the position for you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handling various aggregate and materials with Front End Loader
- Adhering to safety procedures and workplace policies
- Loading materials into the aggregate silo
- Operating loading and unloading equipment
- Performing sampling and quality control of raw materials
- Ensuring compliance with loading procedures.
- Perform minor maintenance on aggregate handling system and the front end loader.
- Maintain housekeeping in yard

**Abilities**:

- 3-5 years of prior Front End Loader operating experience
- Must be comfortable with walking, climbing, standing and lifting (physically strenuous); must be able to lift up 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of climates (mostly outdoors in hot and cold temperatures); dusty & noisy
- Must be a champion of safety practices and adhere to all safety protocols and workplace policies
