3D Rail Services is looking for the following positions to be filled**:Loader Operator**

**Position**:
We are expanding our rail division and are looking for a full-time Loader Operator to support our team. This position is responsible for day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This position requires working long hours in a fast-paced environment and in extreme weather conditions.

This position requires you to be on call 24/7 and must be willing to work out of town at a moment’s notice.

This position must also adhere to our safety programs and work policies.

Class 1 or Class 3 with Air would be an asset

Having previous track / rail experience would be an asset.

Must have a good driving history and no criminal record.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow ALL safety policies and procedures are followed
- Be cognizant of and adhere to any site-specific safety requirements
- Take part in all safety-related meetings and follow all rules.
- Work on train derailments, railway track maintenance, installing track panels, clean-up sites
- Must be willing to learn and able to work as a team with mínimal supervision.
- Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and general site housekeeping
- Notify supervisor and or repair shop of any required work to be done
- Required to be on call 24-7 for Emergency response out of town work
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous heavy equipment experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
- Has or willing to get a class 3 driver’s license
- Basic comprehension and ability to follow Workplace Health and Safety requirements relevant to the assigned work site
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, shoveling
- Strong work ethic and willingness to persevere through difficult weather conditions, challenging work site environments, and long demanding work days
- Willingness to work away from home if necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting a minimum of 75lbs, working in confined spaces, standing for an extended period of time, frequent use of ladders and working at heights
- Ability to manage weather and/or seasonal interruptions in work schedule
- Fit-for-Work each day
- Live within 40 minutes from the East perimeter
- Must be available 24-7 with the ability to travel to various work locations as well as be on-call for Emergency response calls.

**Salary**: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (preferred)
