**DON’S PHOTO -** **Customer Service / Photo Lab Tech (Full Time)**:

**Customer Service / Photo Lab Tech**:As a Customer Service Photo Lab Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing photo printing and processing services in a fast-paced environment. Duties include:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their photo printing and processing needs.
- Processing and sorting film of all sizes and types.
- Receive incoming orders and package outgoing orders.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing finished products for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Have Mad “Rock Star Level” Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.

**Physical Job Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 20-40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time.
