**Job Title**: Restaurant Manager
**Salary**: $50,000 per year
**Requirements**:
- Five years previous experience in a front of house serving roll plus 2+ years (in Canada) in supervisor and/ or manager roll.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
- Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness.
- Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
- Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet operational demands.
- Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled.
- Document any late or absent employees, coordinate breaks for staff.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to the daily operations.
- Ensure all staff are properly groomed and in uniform, rectify any deficiencies accordingly
- Monitor and assist front staff in greeting and escorting guests to their tables.
- Resolves guest complaints with the highest level of professionalism.
- Check the status of all orders and ensure that they are delivered within designated timelines
- Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
