**Basic Job Description**:
The primary goal of this position is to drive the sale of motorcycle apparel and gear while ensuring customer needs and expectations are met and dealt with in a timely basis; assist in the merchandising and display of product for sale; assist in developing processes and procedures within the apparel department; and maintain inter-relations with the other departments to assist in developing a proper team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Sale of apparel and equipment to customers, key holder and recording and taking payment for all sales, external or internal.
- Assisting customers with fitting and questions of the different apparel, taking orders and communicating timing and arranging pick up in a timely fashion.
- Answering all queries and questions with regard to apparel in a timely fashion. Using the contacts with the various suppliers to assist in answering anything that is outside of the knowledge learned.
- Ordering apparel - seasonal orders as well as specific individual orders
- Stocking and organization of display of the apparel inventory
- Managing the stock levels and reviewing what sells and what doesn’t, gaining an understanding of what clients prefer and stocking appropriately.
- Periodical inventory counts.
- Complete the training modules to understand the technical aspects to assist in the sale of the items. Includes independent research on various items.
- Dealing with all Warranty items: repair or return, crediting the customer, replacing the item, or whatever might be reasonable given the situation. Preparing the documentation necessary and details so that a warranty claim can be submitted.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous apparel / retail experience is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a must
- Acute level of detail and accuracy and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity.
- Very strong communication skills, organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
