**Rate of Pay**: $20.34 per hour

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive the food from the caterer
- Prepare and plate the food for students
- Deliver the food to classrooms or designated areas
- Cleaning duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma plus two years related experience;
- Knowledge of food preparation principles and practices and inventory control principles;
- Knowledge of the safe handling of food, tools, equipment and Occupational Health and Safety practices and procedures;
- Awareness of the school’s programs and operations;
- Ability to work within tight timelines and good problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and administration (verbal and written)

**Working hours are Monday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.**

**The anticipated start date is October 3, 2024, and will continue until June 30, 2025.**
