Performance Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will strategically plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize patient conversions. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will be a pivotal force in leveraging advanced performance marketing techniques, integrating AI technologies, and contributing to our digital ecosystem’s growth through innovative experimentation and continuous improvement.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Design, launch, and manage paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms—including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn—to drive lead generation and patient acquisition.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Implement tracking and attribution strategies using UTM parameters, pixels, and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement of ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets tailored for each digital platform.
- Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy and maximize efficiency.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge and ensure compliance.
- Lead the execution of SEO strategies and manage website optimization initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and user experience.
- Direct social media strategy and execution to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive sustained organic growth.
- Manage Google listings and reputation efforts to maintain a strong digital presence and positive brand perception.
- Support ecommerce migration and brand consolidation by aligning paid media and organic strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Drive the integration of AI technologies and innovative digital tools to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with agency partners and digital vendors to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards of accountability across all initiatives.
**What you bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce with a focus in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications.
- With five years of proven experience in a similar role, you have successfully optimized campaigns for high-quality lead generation and conversions using data-driven analytics, and developed effective SEO strategies to increase qualified website traffic.
- Demonstrated expertise with digital analytics tools and ad platform dashboards—such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager—supported by certifications and hands-on experience in measuring digital performance and generating marketing reports to drive strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or multi-location retail environments is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience implementing innovative solutions, including AI adaptation and emerging digital technologies.
- Experience managing agency relationships and digital vendors.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs for managing customer data is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of UX and conversion-optimization principals considered an asset.
- Experience supporting marketing for high-performing e-commerce properties considered an asset.
