**Sheet Metal Worker (Red Seal / Journeyman)**

We’re seeking sheet metal workers to join our growing team in the Greater Victoria area.

**Highlights of the job include**:

- Flex schedule to prioritize family first both at work with us and in your home life
- Weekly schedule can be either 3 12-hour days or 4 10-hour days for most of the year (some weekend work will be required)
- Above average pay rates to help you combat inflation

- When able, we offer the option of paid mileage or vehicle for transportation to job sites

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Red Seal or Journeyman certification in Sheet Metal Work
- Ability to work at height
- Ability to operate a Work Platform
- Familiarity with large spiral ducting between 12-24”
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Strong comprehension of the English language
- Strong comprehension of Worksafe BC site practices
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

- AWP Ticket (we can train and certify)
- Fall Protection (we can train and certify)
