**Position Overview**

We're seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our Sudbury-based team. This hybrid role blends mechanical service work with client support and product promotion. You’ll be the go-to expert for equipment installs, service calls, and identifying opportunities to support our customers better.

This is a newly created position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and maintain janitorial supply dispensers (paper, soap, air fresheners) at customer locations
- Service and troubleshoot commercial dishwashing and laundry chemical pump systems
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Assist with transition of duties from internal sales (currently performed by sales reps)
- Promote company products during site visits by identifying needs and upsell opportunities
- Ensure a professional, safe, and respectful experience for every customer
- Maintain detailed service logs and coordinate with internal teams
- Travel across the Greater Sudbury area, with occasional support to other Northern Ontario cities

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Mechanically inclined (experience with basic plumbing, pumps, or dispensers is an asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record check
- Valid G-Class driver’s license with clean abstract

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
