We are seeking a Full-Time Office Equipment and Photocopier Technician to join our team in

Sudbury, ON. If you enjoy working with technology, solving connectivity challenges, and

delivering excellent customer service, this is the job for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with a team to diagnose, repair and maintain office equipment

including:

- Photocopiers
- Printers
- Postage machines
- Configure and install Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Lexmark, HP, and Francotyp Postalia equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
- Install drivers and provide customer training on the use of installed equipment.
- Deliver and implement software solutions as part of the installation process.

**Requirements**:
Strong computer and basic networking skills.

Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.

Excellent communication skills for training customers.
- Willingness to learn: training will be provided for the specific equipment and software

solutions used.

*Class G valid driver licence
