- Post-Secondary Education
- Proven Sales Experience in Produce
- Strong Phone Presence
- Strong Degree of Professionalism
- Strong Organization and Time-Management Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Expertise
- Customer Service Characterized by High Levels of Commitment and Integrity
- Attentive to Detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, competitor products and prices
- Call assigned customer base within the cycle of weekly orders to maximize daily sales
- Continually pursue new accounts to maximize daily sales
- Utilize weekly ads, orders placed in advance and increase volumes to maximize sales
- Act as a coordinator between customers and other departments in the organization
- Report any account issues that may affect the account performance
- Participate in sales planning and monitor daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sales reports
- Create and implement a plan of action for all accounts
- Streamline daily market information from competitors or retail stores and inform senior management in a timely manner
- Perform daily warehouse walks to verify quantities and quality based on buyer specifications
- Inform the appropriate department (warehouse manager, quality control staff, senior management) of any inconsistencies in quality, inventory levels, product size, labels, or weight
- Monitor daily shorts and inform customers of next availability
- Establish customer satisfaction by understanding your customer’s expectations and specifications
- Schedule meetings with existing and potential buyers to develop better rapport and relationship
- Actively participate in team discussions
- Adhere to all company rules, regulations and policies
- Perform other duties as Assigned

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
