As a Sales Associate at our dealership, you will be the face of our company and play a pivotal role in driving our sales success. You'll assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. This role offers the chance to build lasting relationships with our valued clients and help them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their automotive preferences and needs.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of various models.
- Provide expert product knowledge, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and our dealership's inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and drive additional sales opportunities.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

We are fully Commission based, as a high seller you could be making anywhere up to $15,000 a month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,300.00-$98,925.71 per year

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC V2T 6Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- VSA (preferred)
