- Evaluate project feasibility, analyze energy savings opportunities, and review technical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data analysis to establish energy baselines and support incentive contracts.
- Support the development and implementation of measurement and verification (M&V) plans.
- Assess third-party studies to ensure technical viability of proposed energy and process improvements.
- Prepare reports to track project progress and performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Improve technical processes and deliverables across program portfolios.
- Determine measure eligibility and deliver technical training to internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to internal evaluations and market-facing content to share best practices and drive program success.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or business development within the energy efficiency or sustainability sector.
- Post-secondary education in Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional designations such as P.Eng, CEM, or CET are preferred.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems is a strong asset
- Experience managing natural gas incentive programs is an advantage.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Track record of delivering measurable energy savings and meeting or exceeding program targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Target Compensation**:
$45-$50/hour

**Compensation Range**

$36.80 - $61.30

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
