Are you a natural leader with a knack for logistics and operations? We’re searching for an experienced **Fulfillment Center Manager** to take charge of the daily operations of our Fulfillment Center. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics while driving efficiency and aligning processes with company goals.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:
**Health & Safety**
- Champion a strong culture of safety throughout the facility.
- Conduct safety audits on-site to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Investigate incidents, track metrics, and implement improvements to prevent reoccurrences.

**Team Leadership**
- Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance for new hires.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance to ensure your team thrives.
- Build a positive, motivated team environment focused on safety and success.

**Operational Excellence**
- Maximize efficiency using tools like Eagle, DDMS, and Motive.
- Streamline driver, truck, and yard operations, ensuring inventory controls are in place.
- Identify and implement strategies to cut costs and optimize the use of resources like vehicles, facilities, and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain yard standards through daily checks and team delegation.

**Fleet Oversight**
- Develop strategies to reduce vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.
- Ensure best practices in dispatch and delivery across locations.
- Oversee the fleet lifecycle, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

**Inventory Management**
- Ensure cycle counts are completed on schedule and discrepancies investigated.
- Oversee inventory processes like receiving, customer returns, and stock organization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
