Located in Fall River, this 0.5 FTE position will provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for individuals with complex chronic conditions such as:Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)Environmental illnesses including Multiple Chemical SensitivityFibromyalgiaFunctional neurologic and gastrointestinal syndromesMultiple chronic conditionsThe ICCS model is based on the premise that chronic disease outcomes are better managed by addressing the needs of the whole person with a focus on self-management support.  With a team of interdisciplinary health care professionals, we integrate the physical, psychosocial and environmental needs of individuals by focusing on the person instead of the disease(s)/condition(s), improving functional health and quality of life.  The care team includes: physicians, occupational therapists, a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, clinical therapists and a dietitian.This position is a 0.5FTE and is compensated through a salaried compensation model of approximately $10,340 per month. The position offers a competitive overhead rate.  Scheduling is flexible, but physicians are expected to have regular weekly office hours to support team-based care and support care continuity Physicians in this role are expected to provide 70% clinical care, and 30% research activities.
