We’re looking for a full-time production team member to join our glass department. As a Production Team Member in the glass department, you will be responsible for assembling windows according to Centennial standards to complete high quality products for our customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
- Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
- Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis.
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
- Glazing experience.
- Experience with machinery.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
