**Job Summary**
This hybrid role blends on location cinematography with post-production editing. You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and assembling it into polished deliverables for a range of commercial and social content formats.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cinematography**
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and field shoots
- Scout locations and frame shots for compelling storytelling
- Coordinate with clients and talent during production
- Capture BTS and vertical content alongside main coverage

**Editing**
- Edit videos using **DaVinci Resolve** (After Effects and Canva a plus)
- Handle colour grading, audio balancing, and visual pacing
- Export final deliverables in various aspect ratios and formats
- Maintain organized file structures and version tracking

**Creative Collaboration**
- Contribute to storyboarding and shot planning
- Communicate with internal team and clients to refine vision
- Work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Requirements**:

- Experience in cinematography and video editing
- **Experience using DaVinci Resolve**:

- Proficient in **Canva** and **After Effects** (bonus)
- Must have your **own editing workstation**:

- Strong eye for visual storytelling and clean transitions
- Experience with lighting, audio, and camera gear
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel across Lower Mainland
- Excellent time management and communication skills

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with vertical video and short-form social content
- Knowledge of South Asian cultural aesthetics
- Drone operation or photography experience
- Multilingual (English, Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu)
