**Who You Are**:

- You can demonstrate experience in Talent Acquisition / Healthcare Recruitment ideally in a corporate environment. It's an asset if you have experience working in Long Term Care/Health Care and are able to perform full cycle recruiting and standardization for multiple facilities.
- You have an interest in the HR field and have a desire grow your career
- You embrace and champion change. You'll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work in order to deliver your best.

**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Attend Job Fairs, College Presentations and related events to represent the brand
- Manage and maintain recruitment requisitions via Indeed/Career Beacon/BambooHR etc.
- Interviewing Internationally Educated Nurses to assess qualifications and fit for our company
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in high volume setting and preferably in a Long-Term Care/ Healthcare/ Staffing Agency
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or other relatable Post-Secondary education
- Ability to manage and prioritize work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Effective people skills and time management skills
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience with Long Term Care / Health Care Administration with a strong background in HR will be considered an asset

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
