**Position Description: Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Advisor)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect, follow up, and close new membership sales
- Generate leads through community events, outreach initiatives, referrals, and business partnerships
- Build lasting relationships with current and former members, identifying goals and offering lifestyle guidance
- Schedule and conduct tours for prospective individuals and corporate clients
- Develop innovative sales strategies
- Deliver and maintain top-tier customer service for both prospects and existing members
- Support in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and presentation

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Alignment with our company’s core values
