Job Title: Transportation Reporting Analyst

Classification: Full-Time, 6-month contract

**Position Summary**:
The Transportation Reporting Analyst will work with various types of information to provide reporting to our client with carrier KPI performance on various projects and shipments daily, track and report shipments on route, as well as provide financial reports to various departments with our client to ensure transportation is paid in a timely manner. This role will have frequent interaction with our client and major carriers and will also work closely with both Transportation Planning and Accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide various Transportation and Financial reports to the client daily
- Track and trace shipments in transit, reporting results and etas to the client
- Follow up with carriers to ensure all carriers are reporting on shipments in transit daily
- Proactively assist Transportation Planning related to product delivery
- Will also be a back up to Transportation Planning when needed
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 4 years of experience in Freight Transportation or Logistics required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets in various ways quickly and efficiently, knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookup, index formulas
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team or independently
- Ability to interact calmly and professionally in high pressure environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $850.00-$950.00 per week
