**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing and managing a comprehensive maintenance plan for the facility, including corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including building security, janitorial services, landscaping, and grounds keeping.
- Managing the maintenance and facility operations budget and ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Partnering with purchasing team to procure the necessary equipment and supplies to perform maintenance tasks and manage facility operations.
- Maintains accurate records of all maintenance and facility operation activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensures that all maintenance and facility operations activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Communicates with other departments within the organization to ensure that all maintenance and facility operations activities are coordinated and do not disrupt the operations of the facility.
- Preventive maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime.
- Addressing equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, and other issues that may arise during production to ensure a quick resolution of problems.
- Performing regular lubrication and cleaning of equipment and machinery to maintain their functionality and prolong their lifespan.
- Conducting regular safety inspections to ensure that equipment and machinery are operating safely and that all safety protocols are being followed.
- Identifying opportunities for upgrades and improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensuring that there is an adequate inventory of spare parts and equipment to address breakdowns and maintenance needs quickly.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, as well as relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a minimum 5 years with relevant experience.
- Has a good understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment and machinery that they are responsible for. This includes knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Has strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate tasks.
- Is able to communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to write reports, give presentations, and provide feedback to team members.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Is able to motivate and inspire team members to work collaboratively towards a common goal.
- A keen eye for detail and be able to spot potential problems before they become major issues.
- Is able to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions about maintenance schedules and procedures.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
