Our diverse team includes physiotherapists, registered massage therapists (RMTs), chiropractor and pedorthist, all dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

**Your Role**:
As a Part-Time Physiotherapy Clinic Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinic. You will assist our experienced clinicians and administrative staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
- Greet and assist patients with check-in and registration
- Assist administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and record maintenance
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist in phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Launder clothing and household linens.
- Restock linen and other supplies.
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
