**AtkinsRéalis’ **Major Projects division is in search of a **Business Relationship Manager** to join the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance project in **Toronto**. The **Business Relationship Manager **will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision. The role will report to the **Senior Leadership Team Member**.
**Your role within the team**:
- Provide analysis and strategic advice on the competitive landscape of the Alliance project in concert with the other interfacing projects
- Develop, analyze, prepare and review reports/recommendations for the Project relating to Construction Progress, Governance Dashboards and Commercial Status
- Develop and maintain regular and documented contact with key customers, stakeholders, agencies, and influencers both externally and internally
- Providing strategic leadership and direction on the EHTH Project Proposal to be submitted with the Target Price.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide accurate information and customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders
- Identify, modify and improve work processes where necessary

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, strategy development, strategic management and client relations, preferably within the engineering and construction industry
- University degree in Business or Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven technical report writing skills, an ability to multi-task as well as being organized and detail oriented
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (in particular Word, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Great interpersonal skills (tact, integrity, confidentiality, patience, and ability to get on well with all levels of staff)
