We focus on building premier customer relationships with companies requiring high-mix, high-complexity start-to-finish manufacturing and supply chain solutions in the Industrial & Instrumentation, Medical, Communications, Computers & Multimedia, Transportation, Defense and Environment & Security industries. **Summary** We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Foreseeson Technology Inc. This role is pivotal in overseeing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of our products and services. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence and managing processes, people, and performance in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** - Lead all aspects of electronics manufacturing operations. - Manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. - Strong leadership and technical knowledge on SMT/ HT/ Assembly processes. - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operational Management, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of PCB (or SMT/ PTH) assembly, box build, and test processes - Proficient with ERP/ MRP. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. - Experience with project management methodologies is an asset. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Richmond, BC V6V 2C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - leadership role within electronics manufacturing environment: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
