We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Heavy Duty Cleaner **to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a diverse and growing company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Floor duties - sweep, mop, wash floors, scrub and wax hallways and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Operate other industrial equipment as required
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Clean, disinfect and polish bathroom and kitchen fixtures
- High dusting of lights and air vents
- Other maintenance duties and required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable operating cleaning machines.
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be at our Skytrain Locations
- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Relevant experience is preferred but not a must. We will provide all necessary training.
