- able to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision
- willingness to take initiative find additional jobs that will need to be completed
- must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably
- must be able to climb stairs
- cleaning and general maintenance - sweeping, mopping, bathrooms
- open availability preferred
- potential to work late nights and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
