**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain inventory levels, including pricing and product displays.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance retail sales performance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to analyze performance trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Experience with payroll management is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A background in retail sales is highly desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
