Burlington, Canada Aldershot Greenhouses Limited Full time

Aldershot Greenhouses Limited is looking for a Junior Accounting Administrator to join our office team in Burlington. This position is permanent and full-time, working approx. 40 hours per week.
- **1. Accounts Receivable**:_

a. Process credit notes:
i. Receive credit note requests;
ii. Request supporting documentation from **Sales** or directly from customer if not provided;
iii. Initiate credit approval process via Docusign;
iv. Enter all credits into Credit spreadsheet;
v. Post credits into ACCPAC;
b. Aged trial balance maintenance;
c. Customer rebates processing;
d. Assist **Senior Accounting Administrator and Controller** as required;
- **2. Brokerage**:_

a. Reconcile brokerage on pre-transaction basis monthly;
b. Maintain all necessary backup;
c. Evaluate profitability of the brokerage program;
d. Provide monthly reports to **President, Sales Manager, **and **Controller;**
- **3. Purchase Orders**:_

a. Freight PO entry + admin support for Logistics
- **4. Order Entry**:_

a. Backup, vacation and holiday coverage for **Sales Support;**
- **5. Invoicing**:_

a. Backup, vacation and holiday coverage for **Sales Support;**
- **6. General Ledger**:_

a. Assist with Year End process;
- **7. Other duties**:_

a. 2rd in line to answer phones;
b. General office duties;
c. Update protocols and generate new ones where needed;
d. Assist management and office staff as required;
