**Local Dispatcher will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating and booking shipments
- Communicating with drivers and customers
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Updating customers on shipment status
- Managing phone calls and other inquiries
- Entering data including warranties, invoicing, inventory management, etc.

**We are looking for**:

- Minimum one-year experience in local dispatch
- Proficient English
- Excellent communication skills
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Windows, dispatch software)
- Attention to details
