**About Mr. Mike's Plumbing**:
Our passionate and skilled owner Mike Brock started Mr. Mike's Plumbing in 2014 after servicing the Calgary and Alberta area for many years. He saw a need within our community for a plumbing company that cares about its customers. He wanted to start a company that wouldn’t make you wait on hold to speak to someone, make you wait around all day hoping the technician will arrive soon, or surprise you with a bill way over your expectations.
Mike's vision was just what the people of Calgary were waiting for. In only one short year, he went from a sole tradesman to a team of 3 plumbers servicing the city.
Now, several years later, the company has grown to have many certified plumbing and HVAC technicians and office associates that operate 24/7, serving all of Calgary and surrounding communities.

**What to expect as a customer service representative**:
As a CSR, we depend on you to be the First point of contact in serving our clients so that we can provide the best plumbing services possible. Most of your time is spent handling duties such as taking calls, scheduling, and other light office duties. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to your success.
You also provide excellent support for our team Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills come through in every phone call. You strive to ensure that everyone is well-informed and that our customers are taken care of.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls
- Booking client appointments
- Outbound calls* Dispatching
- Processing client payments
- Work order processing
- Handling client inquiries and concerns
- Share on-call duties
- approx. every 4 weeks
- Accounts Receivables/Collections
- Assist Invoice Audit
- Filing and Organizing
**What we need from you**:
- **English language proficiency** is extremely important for a CSR position. **Must be fluent and well-spoken.**:
- Valid Driver's license
- This is not a remote job
- reliable transportation to SE
- Excellent customer service
- Call Center or related experience
- Outbound call experience
- Friendly, Energetic and Goal-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good organization skills
- Computer skills ( Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Google Docs, ServiceTitan)
- Accounts receivables experience an asset
- Ability to pass a background check
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.95 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
