**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process and verify invoices
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payments and balances
- Enter data accurately into Payroll and accounting systems including HRIS, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, or similar platforms
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks to support overall bookkeeping activities
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all transactions for audit purposes
- Support payroll processing activities as needed, utilizing payroll systems like UltiPro, ADP or Kronos

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, HRIS systems, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis skills
- Basic understanding of human resources functions related to payroll and employee data management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles preferred but not required; relevant internships are also considered beneficial
