**Job Duties**:

- Interpret design drawings
- Install solar modules on roofs/structures
- Interconnect electrical wires and devices
- Work with a team to execute various electrical projects
- Follow guidance of others and improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem solving

**Requirements**:

- Be extremely hard working and willing to take on new challenges
- Be able to execute high quality work in high-stress environments
- Be passionate about solar power or sustainability
- Have a strong desire to learn and improve oneself
- Conduct him/herself with integrity, accountability, and a curious determination
- Must be willing to work in outdoor conditions, on roofs and in confined spaces and be able to lift 50lbs in awkward positions.
- Must be familiar with the use of power tools
- Current CSTS and Fall Protection certificate

**Assets (preferred, but not required)**:
**-**Experience installing solar PV systems**
- Classroom/educational knowledge of solar PV systems
- residential or commercial electrical apprentice experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Alternative Energy Program

**Wage based upon experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
