**Installed Sales - Order Picker**

**Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm**

**High Level**

The Installed Sales Picker is an integral role for our Installation and Renovation Services. With a focus on safety and customer service the picker would be required to make sure the right products get out to the project sites in a safe and timely manner. Product picking can take place within any of the Metro stores based on product availability as well as at our vendors.

Safety on jobsites is a priority and getting the right product efficiently and safely to our project sites is a major component of the role. The Picker will also be responsible for the organization and safety of the departments in-store storage area.

Minor onsite repairs and adjustments are part of the role to help quickly resolve small issues to avoid lengthy delays.

**Tasks**
- Adhere to all safety protocols all the time
- Picks orders/products for Installed Sales Department
- Product can come from various stores, vendors, customer locations, and MOC
- Deliver products to job sites in a safe but timely manner
- Acknowledges and assists customers as required
- Organizes and maintains dedicated Installed Sales storage area in Store
- Assist Salespeople to be successful
- Follows proper processes and completes paperwork for order picking, returns or identifying damaged goods as needed
- Confidently perform small maintenance jobs when required
- Drive carefully always following rules
- Be aware of truck and report any issues that need to be addressed immediately
- Assist in maintaining truck (dropping off for seasonal tire change etc)
- Out of department assistance when approved
- Maintain and support positive relationship with colleagues, customers, and Installers
- Once a pick is completed report back to assigned Admin as to what is missing, what needs to be ordered
