**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Taking guest orders and making recommendations-Serving the guests and checking to ensure their satisfaction
- Informing guests of any daily specials
- Knowledge of menu items and how they are prepared
- Some food prep when applicable.
- Assisting with room set up and food and beverage service for banquets and golf tournaments
- Presenting bills upon request and taking payments
- Covering other sections if required-Performing other duties as assigned or directed.
- Serving It Right certificate required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Previous experience is an asset
- Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Flexibility of work hour and day including morning, evening, weekday, and weekends

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.65 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
- BC drivers license (preferred)
