We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, customer-focused individuals to join our **Front-End Customer Service Team** in a **permanent full-time position**. This role offers excellent potential for long-term growth within our organization.

**Position Summary**

This position plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment our guests arrive. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to contributing positively to a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end and employee-only areas, including restrooms
- Support in other departments as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Must be a **Canadian citizen** or **permanent resident**:

- Minimum **2 years of cashier experience**:

- Minimum **1 year of retail customer service experience**:

- **Open and flexible availability** to work 5 days per week, **including weekends, mornings, afternoons, and statutory holidays**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities
- Physically capable of lifting up to **50 lbs** and remaining active on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
- **Steel-toe footwear** is required

**Please note**:Applicants returning to school in the fall or those without weekend availability will not be considered.**
