We are looking for a **Medical Administrator **who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

**Contract**:2 months, with opportunity to extend or become a permanent position with a growing organization.

**Summary**: The **Medical Administrator** will assist physicians and allied health partners with assessment at our Keswick Cold and Flu Clinic.

**Location**: Unit 3- 155 Riverglen Dr, Keswick, ON L4P 3M3

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on test results and obtaining required documentation
- Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR
- Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery
- Perform other duties related to clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous health care experience is required
- Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
- Computer proficiency
- Proficient in computer, knowledge in EMR - an asset
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work at other clinic locations - an asset
- New grads welcome (training available)
