We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join our team as a Specialist, Desktop Support In this role you will be handling all requests for provisioning and shipping new IT equipment for the organization, including hardware needed for newly acquired locations. In addition, this role will also provide deskside support as required.

This role is located at our Home Office in Delta, British Columbia.

**What Will You Be Doing**?
- Installing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products
- Performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop issues for end users, and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair
- Assisting the Merger & Acquisition IT Implementation team in hardware deployment, procurement of new equipment, and assets for acquisitions
- Procuring and configuring IT assets to support acquisition deadlines. (Computers, Peripherals, iPads, and other ad-hoc devices)
- Administering and resolving issues with associated end-user workstation network software products, when required
- Liaising with third-party support and PC equipment vendors, when necessary
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in an IT department
- Post-secondary education in an IT related field combined with ITIL and/or Comp TIA A+ certification
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) systems
- Strong analytics and problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, time management and triaging skills
- ITIL Foundations Certification (v3 or v4) or ComTIA IT Fundamentals, A+, etc certification considered an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
