Under the general direction of the Packing Manager, the Shipper is responsible for the well-organized and efficient receiving of supplies and shipping of produce to customers. The incumbent will coordinate truck schedules to ensure timely shipments of quality products to customers. In addition, the Shipper is responsible for day-to-day upkeep and adherence to health and safety standards in the warehouse.
**Job Requirements**
- Responsible for satisfying customer demands by providing top quality and timely shipments per order requests
- Check shipping enquiry report and inventory daily
- Check pallet detail report weekly
- Communicate with vendors and with respective stakeholders regarding status of orders and/or shipments
- Fill out forklift checklists and ensure employees are completing the checklists accurately and regularly
- Pack and ship produce and ensure quality standards are adhered to
- Organize, rotate and restack produce per orders
- Manage and organize schedules with various truck carriers
- Ensure drivers install load bars properly to uphold safety
- Check cooler and pulp temperatures and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the cooler
- Partake in monthly safety meetings
- Ensure warehouse meets health and safety regulations and standards and passes various inspections and audits
- Enter shipments into the system and print out the bill of landing
- Assist with troubleshooting/mechanic repairs of the grading line when and if required
- Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of Randhawa Farms Ltd.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 1+ years' of experience with shipping and receiving, stock keeping, managing inventory & customer service
- High School Diploma is required
- Able to carry and lift product exceeding 30 lbs.
- Forklift experience is required and current forklift certification is considered an asset
- Class 5 driver's license is required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
