**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Assist Controller in preparing a realistic budget and assemble financial plans (i.e. costs, capital, etc.)
- Keep management informed of all current activities through analysis and various reports.
- To assist Ensure the monthly financial statements are prepared accurately, in a timely manner and reflect the company’s position.
- Prepare complete interim and year-end financial statement packages in order to minimize audit costs.
- Prepare and submit all standard reports - cash, sales, production, payroll etc.
- Prepare external reports for the government, auditors, and the bank.
- Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Analyze monthly financial statements to history and budget.
- Ensure all balance sheet items are recorded on a monthly basis.
- Maintain fixed assets control, including sub-ledgers for each fixed asset item.
- Exercise proper cash flow management by ensuring adequate cash is available to make payments as they become due.
- To participate in the period end physical inventory count.
- Prepare and maintain period ending reports, ensure timely and accurate update of cost and price changes.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Minimum Qualifications: _
- University Degree in Business / Accounting
- CPA Certification or in the process of obtaining.
- 3 - 5 years of finance experience.
- Command of the English language - both written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify when urgent actions are required and can react using their own initiative.
- Preferred Qualifications: _
- Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence, Cognos Controller, IBM Planning & Analytics (TM1)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
