- **Qualifications**:_
- Fully and unreservedly in agreement with ROSBC Statement of Faith.
- Meet the qualifications of an elder as identified in Scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
- Leadership experience within a church environment.
- Discipling and mentoring experience.
- Some seminary or formal biblical training.

**Experience**:
