**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement multiple community assistance programs.
- Foster strategic partnerships with not-for-profit organizations to expand outreach and support.
- Create a database for assistance request tracking.
- Meet and assist clients as required.
- Manage communications between not-for-profit organizations, clients, and Goodwill staff.
- Actively support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Goodwill Industries Niagara
- Conform to all Health and Safety regulations and procedures as laid out in the Employee Handbook
- Perform other duties as they are required.
- Attend networking events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business, social services, or related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized and able to manage different tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with community partners.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit various written materials and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
- Ability to work with noise and dust.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to vehicle.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
