**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, the Interdisciplinary Clinical Leader provides leadership, innovation and support to their clinical program areas, with the goal of providing collaborative person-centered care to patients and families. The inter-professional clinical leader works closely with the team/program managers, HRP officiers, community partnersand other team members, to promote person-centered, collaborative care by employees within the NSH Mental Health & Addictions Provincial Crisis Team which encompasses the Provincial Crisis Line, Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team, and 988. Roles and responsibilities may include: fostering healthy inter-professional team processes that support person centered crisis managment care across the continuum, identifying staffing needs and ensuring staffing requirements are being met on a daily basis, fostering team processes that encompass the continuum of patient care from admission through discharge into the community, program planning and evaluation - ensuring practice is inter-professional and evidence informed, participating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of new team members, and supporting a quality approach to service delivery. Participation in fostering development of CIT/CRPT programing and educational opportunities. Participating in quality initiatives to improve service delivery.

**About You**:

- Bachelors Degree in relevant health discipline (BSW, MSW, MScOT, BScN)
- License with the relevant licensing body
- Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience required
- Previous work experience in crisis services and with the PCT considered an asset
- Demonstrates success in collaborating in others
- Experience in facilitating teams
- Good understanding of person centered health care
- Superior level of communication
- Demonstrates sound judgment, common sense, flexibility and compassion
- Coaching ability and diplomacy when dealing with co-workers and persons in the community
- Demonstrates initiative, be self-motivated and work independently
- Strive to maintain high quality, innovative service
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with patients, colleagues, management, community agencies, academic settings, students and volunteers
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Full-Time position - 75 hours bi-weekly
- Long Assignment - Approximately 12 months

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$43.07 - $53.76 Hourly
