Bebbington Industries is a Dartmouth, Nova Scotia based manufacturer of cleaning and industrial products. We have been in business since 1991 and we offer a wide range of products and services. Bebbington Industries has been the recipient of national awards for our work on environmental issues and in 1998 we were the first company to receive EcoLogo certification for cleaning products.

Bebbington products are sold largely across Atlantic Canada. Our DOWN EAST consumer products are available at Sobey’s, Superstore and many independent stores. Our commercial and industrial products are used by Government and industrial organizations particularly in the marine, off-shore and fishing industries.

We are located in Burnside Park, Dartmouth Nova Scotia where we occupy a 14,000 square foot facility and employ a staff of 10. Bebbington Industries is an ISO Registered company.

**Position Available**

We are currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE representative.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include
- _Answer phone and direct to appropriate person/department_
- _Greet visitors and serve walk in customers _
- _Take orders over the phone_
- _Order entry and preparation of TDG forms_
- _Preparation of invoices_
- _Provide product information and SDS’s to customers_
- _Obtain product from factory if staff are busy - some occasional light lifting involved_
- _Management of orders to ensure that orders get processed and shipped_
- _Back up for shipping if necessary_
- _Other office admin and sales duties as deemed appropriate by management_

We are looking for a person who would be well organized, enjoy working in a busy office and dealing with the public. A working knowledge of Quick Books would be beneficial.

This is a fulltime position with an established company. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. We offer:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
