The work location: Montreal is our preference but flexible

Hybrid or work from home: Hybrid is our preference - However, since we are going for an aggressive rate we can be negotiable towards work from home

Top 3 skillsets
- 8-10 years of project management experience;
- Proven ability to manage successful business relationships with peers in various departments and at different levels of management;
- Strong planning and organization skills;

Reporting to the Program Manager/E2E Solution Owner, this position will manage multiple projects including:

- Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project Budget, monitoring and reporting. Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Charter, Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports,...etc.);
- Maintain a detailed WBS of the project tasks including dates, durations and dependencies;
- Responsible for risk identification/ mitigation planning;
- Lead release management discussion to optimize environment and resource utilization and leverage synergies amongst projects;
- Actively and autonomously manage change and issues within the project; effectively leveraging escalation paths when required
- Manage the sponsor’s expectations proactively and consistently in order to deliver value while minimizing risk for the team

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

- 8-10 years of project management experience;
- Relevant Degree or Diploma, Project Management Certification (PMP or PMC) and/or BA Certification;
- Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards;
- Proven ability to manage successful business relationships with peers in various departments and at different levels of management;
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project
- Ability to manage ambiguity, numerous interdependencies and constant changing priorities while driving toward smooth delivery;

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

- Bilingualism is a strong asset;
- PMP Certification is highly regarded;
- Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience
- Familiarity with client’s processes and systems for costs management would be an asset - PEATS, PORT, SAP;
- Familiarity with the client’s Business Solution Process or SAFe Agile
