**Job Duties**:
Knowledge of PSI and Brightpearl for shipping needs and up dates.

Knowledge of courier shipping. Computer, shipping software, FedEx, Purolator, UPS.

Knowledgeable of the process of completing packing slips on the shipped goods

Advanced knowledge of raw materials and finished goods

Knowledge of basic procedures to oversee shipping area

Assists in training new employees.

Performs all duties in a safe manner, and maintains a neat work area.

When required or in the supervisor’s absence:
Assigns work and rearranges work assignments in case of absence, vacation, relief, etc., fills in when required.

Knowledgeable in the procedures for sending and receiving freight quotes

Completes paperwork and maintains scheduling of trucks and prepares bills of lading.

Ability to receive packing slips in PSI (vender)

Ability to ship in Brightpearl

Ability to track discrepancy in PSI

Co-ordinates with various production departments, Company Stores management and customer service area to maintain shipping schedules.

Works in accordance with established shipping schedule to organize and co-ordinate workloads for truck drivers and shippers/packagers.

Assists in scheduling deliveries and pick-ups of products and raw materials.

Provides guidance and leadership to other members of the shipping department, as an assistant to the shipping supervisor, but does not supervise or discipline staff.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of all duties for Warehouse B

Current forklift certification

Previous experience in shipping/receiving a plus

Capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 40 lbs. without difficulty

Working knowledge of computers and basic keyboarding skills helpful, Good organizational and problem-solving skills, Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, Knowledge of Hauser finished goods helpful

Mandatory Requirement: Proven ability to read and write English

Minimal Grade 10 Math or equivalent

Employment Conditions: Days: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Some overtime may be required.

Pay: $19.35-$20.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
