**Lead Hand - Installers, Carpenters and Skilled Labourers**

$40 to $55 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Ultimate Co. Is an unique construction services company, we are currently looking for experienced Lead Carpenters, Installers and Cabinet Makers. Our team services hi-rise construction, retail store fixtures, trade shows, container dwellings and live events by providing labor and project management solutions.

We are looking for experienced trades people that have their own vehicle, tools, ladders that live in Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener Waterloo and/or Southwestern Ontario.

We have the urgent need for Lead Hand Carpenters and Installers.

Subcontractors and Employees required for:
Full time/Part Time/Occasional/Night work available

Travel Expenses compensated for top performers.

WHMIS Certified, 4 Step-Safety Awareness and Working from Height Training Preferred. We will compensate new workers to take this training.

Local 27, Local 506 union members are also required.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Working on Aerial Platforms Certificate (required)
- 4 Step Safety Awareness (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (required)
- Fall Arrest Certificate (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
